Something for Everybody- Beginner to Advanced

Kayaking and Canoeing is a great activity for building up your basic fitness.

Fantastic opportunity to make new friends while learning new skills

Opportunity to make a positive contribution by volunteering

Gain qualifications which could lead to employment opportunities. Many of our coaches started this way

Surrey Canoe Club aims to  introduce members to as many disciplines as possible.

Members do not have to attend every week, as the coach will continue to teach from where the member left off the last time.

The club is an inclusive mainstream club specializing in transferring skills across disciplines.

The coaching team is led by Albert Donovan, a  well- known British Canoe Union Level 5T (kayak), who is also qualified to coach and assess all the main canoeing disciplines.

All club coaches have an enhanced CRB certificate and First Aid certificate.
